Earn up to $1,000 in bonuses your first year!*
GCS offers both employee referral bonuses and sign-on bonuses for new team members. If you know someone who would be a great fit for GCS, refer them to join our team and earn a bonus. Employees who refer a new staff member will receive $500 after the new employee completes six months of employment and averages at least 10 hours per week. The newly hired staff member will receive $250 at three months, $250 at six months, and $500 at one year, provided they average 10 or more hours per week.
New employees who are not referred are also eligible for a sign-on bonus. Full-time staff working 30 or more hours per week will receive $250 at three months, $250 at six months, and $500 at one year. Part-time staff working between 10 and 29 hours per week will receive $125 at three months, $125 at six months, and $250 at one year.
